Refund policy

Return Policy & Exchanges
Please contact us in Nova Scotia at 1-833-444-5668 for a pre-paid return label within 14 days of receipt of your purchase on regular priced items. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Within Canada
Proof of purchase is required. Refunds are to the same credit card that was used for the purchase. 

All returns are required to be packaged with original tags. We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.

Your card will be refunded within 14 days of the date that we receive the returned goods. Your refund will be for the amount paid for the goods.

If no postage has been paid by the buyer we deduct the expedited postage price that would have been paid by All For Knot. If a portion of postage has been paid by the buyer we deduct the portion of the expedited postage price that has been paid by All For Knot. Extra delivery costs such as next day delivery charges will not be refunded.

International Returns
You may mail your return. Please note that unless the return is for warranty reasons, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Ship prepaid via insured ground shipping. Write “Canadian Goods Returning” on the outside of the package. All returns are required to be packaged with original tags.

Do not return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and/or brokerage fees may be charged, and your return will be refused by All For Knot.

Exchanges available for Gifts Only
We do not accept any product exchanges on sale items or full price items.

The exceptions are if the product falls within our Rope Tight Guarantee OR is a Gift.

As a gift recipient, you can either exchange the item or receive the purchase value on a gift card. You will be required to pay the shipping.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, less all shipping cost incurred by All For Knot with the initial purchase.

We suggest you send the exchange via insured, prepaid Standard Parcel Post (this allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post).
