CUSMA/USMCA for Wholesale & Retail Buyers

What is required by All For Knot for orders to USA as of August 29, 2025

We are CUSMA/USMCA certified, this means the US government should not charge you duties on our products.

USA Wholesale buyers

All For Knot requires you to provide information to conform with USA Customs:

Government information we are required to provide. 

• Business Tax ID of the buyer
• A contact name that will represent the company if US Customs or shipper/broker needs to confirm 
• An contact email
• The company civic address
• A phone number

USA Retail buyers

Shipping is covered to the Canada/ US border.

Government information we are required to provide.

• A contact name is required for US Customs and shipper/broker.
• A contact email for US Customs
• Civic address for US Customs
• A phone number for US Customs and shipper

CUSMA/USMCA Certificate – Buyer receives a copy from us prior to shipping.

The shipper receives from us - a copy along with a duplicate that we submit on their website., a copy of the invoice and all shipping information required.

All For Knot pre-pays all shipping and broker fees to the Canadian /US border.

If a buyer receives charges, 

• It is from the USA side. We are unable to negotiate on your behalf. 
• Please follow up with the US shipper.
• Determine who is the charge from:
  • US shipper
  • US Customs
• Use the copy of the CUSMA/USMCA certificate we have provided.

All For Knot’s products are CUSMA certified, meaning our products are duty free.
