All For Knot
Owner Angela Worsley’s journey began with a trip to Maine in 2008, where she saw a lobster rope mat that she wanted to learn to craft. Growing up on the shores of the Bay of Fundy, Nova Scotia, the doormat provided countless warm family memories of time spent on maritime shores. While she couldn’t find a rope weaving course, she took up basket weaving and began to research traditional nautical knot craft.
In 2014, she turned her passion into a business, preserving traditional knot crafting while creating exciting new designs. Angela uses the most durable plant fiber rope, manila, and also recycles colourful float rope to produce traditional and non-traditional patterned items, keeping used rope from being burned or buried in landfills.
